The North Providence Animal Welfare Society (NPAWS) is a 100% volunteer based 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. We serve animals and their caretakers in North Providence, Johnston and Smithfield. We're always looking to add passionate, dedicated volunteers to our team so if you're interested in joining us, please fill out the application below.

- You understand that volunteer activities include work that may be physically and/or emotionally strenuous. and such hazards may not always be disclosed or obvious.
- You are releasing NPAWS from all claims, demands or actions that you may have now or in the future for any injury or any damage resulting in your volunteer activities.
- You will hold NPAWS harmless and shall not make a claim against NPAWS for any injury or damage resulting from any act or omission, whether the injury or the damage occurs by act of negligence or any other act by human, by physical condition of the property or by animal.
